Please join MCU for LIFE LESSON 3 organized by the BIPOC Success & Intercultural Engagement program and facilitated by Dr Sandra Hamilton. She is a life coach, certified Rapid Transformational Therapist ©RTT, motivational speaker, educator, retreat leader, change agent, and community developer.
join us for Life Lesson 3: "Who are you and Who do you want to be" on Jun 3rd at 5pm. If midwifery is your future, let's discuss: on and off campus resources you should explore; support circles you may need to build; self care you should practice; and more to successfully complete your degree while always maintaining your mental health
A native of Mandeville, Jamaica, Dr Hamilton has lived, worked, and traveled in over 50 countries. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, her Master’s in Gender and Development as well as Public Administration from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and her Bachelors in Human Ecology from the University of Technology.

Providing compassionate support in this discussion, she will help participants understand their strengths, explore how to best access on and off Campus resources, identify or establish support circles, and understand the importance of self-care and mental health well-being while completing this degree.
